Korea, UK to Cooperate in High-Tech Industries
This actual is pretty interesting, considering the posting about Korea's complain that China is snatching core technology from Korea.
"South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun and British Prime Minister Tony Blair have agreed to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in high-tech areas, such as information-technology industries, between the two countries."
"Commerce, Industry and Energy Minister Lee Hee-beom signed contracts with four British firms, which he hopes will invest a total of US$624 million in South Korea. They include B&Q, a distribution giant, and Snowbox, a leisure and sports company, which plan to spend US$270 million and US$200 million, respectively."
