Korea exporting e-government know-how to Russia
This is probably one of the greatest compliments, a country can get, when it is asked to assist in the implementation of some concepts or technologies. Well, it is happening right now - Seoul has been asked by Moscow to assist in the transfer of their e-government system and know-how.
